Note: If you choose fields that are dropdowns or lookups, the zap may not always trigger as expected. This is because the values for these fields are used when creating a [deduplication table](https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496260269965-Data-deduplication-in-Zaps). When the zap sees these values, it triggers. However, if a field that previously triggered the zap is used again, the zap will recognize this from the deduplication table and may trigger the zap again.

If you aren’t seeing the fields you need to search with, make sure they are enabled in your CRM. To enable fields, you can follow this [guide](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HQH5ZM0SRI) or google [search](https://www.google.com/search?q=dynamics+making+fields+searchable&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8) 

If set, the Email field will be the only field used to search for the contact. Defaults to "false" if left blank.
